Refund policy
At FitFam Play, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Include the original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note that used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Opened fitness accessories (e.g. yoga mats, resistance bands, water bottles, etc.)
- Apparel that has been worn or washed
- Digital or downloadable products
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sisterblss@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and reserve the new item for you if available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
